About the Event
Tai Chi Gung refers to a practice that combines elements of Tai Chi (a Chinese martial art with slow, deliberate movements) and Qigong (a system of gentle exercises focused on breathing and energy flow), essentially meaning it's a form of Tai Chi that emphasizes the cultivation of internal energy ("qi") through mindful movement and breathing techniques; often considered a way to promote health and longevity through gentle, flowing exercises with a focus on internal energy cultivation. All levels are welcome!
