Hello Beautiful People! I have always been inspired by children and their innate wisdom and curiosity about the world. I love watching children bring their feelings to light when they are working through heavy emotions and then the relief that comes across their face when they understand the truth about their worth and value. Those of you who know me, know that I am passionate about empowering children of all ages to learn emotional health skills and tools. 

With that in mind, I'm so thrilled to share an exciting new resource launching July 10 for families with children ages 7-11 (recommended ages).

Smart Hearts for Kids - Monthly Emotional Health Kits is a fun, 6-month subscription that helps kids build emotional health skills through fun, hands-on activities. Each month, your child receives a colorful mailed kit packed with games, puzzles, stories, art projects, and more.

Together with short monthly videos and simple parenting tips, the kits support key skills like:
